The nursing home Setting Targets — Achieving Results (STAR) site allows you to set targets for the following quality measures: physical restraints, high risk pressure ulcers, depression and chronic pain care. Registered nursing homes can view their quality measure scores, select appropriate targets and track their progress over time. Using the nursing home STAR site, your nursing home can become a "star" performer. |
