To help Arkansas health care providers improve care and communicate with their patients effectively, AFMC offers free tools and resources. Many can be downloaded, or they can by ordered online, by e-mail or by telephone.
Due to contract changes and cost factors, organizations are limited to a maximum order of 250 tools per quarter. Special requests for more than 250 tools will be reviewed individually; requests should be e-mailed to hcqiptools@afmc.org. Organizations that wish to print copies of tools themselves may either download PDF files from this website or request electronic files from
AFMC.Out-of-state orders are limited to
10 per item.
Minimum order total must be at least 5 individual items to justify shipping.
